ZW’s After8 Souffle. There’s a saying about Souffle, ” Even the King has to wait”. You have to wait for 30mins for the pastry chef to prepare and bake on the spot. I had made souffle years ago and it’s only food tasting for me, not finishing it. I don’t fancy souffle and yesterday I have ate a few mouths to taste the After 8 and the texture. Mixing with the melted chocolate or ganache also helps to cover the eggy taste of souffle.
Rachel’s Creme Brulee. Nice milky taste, one of the desserts I like.
